Are your products sold on a different platform?

No, we only sell our products on this website. If you see that our products are being sold on a different website, please let us know.

Do you have physical stores?

No, we only make our sales online on this website.

Which currency will I be charged in?

There is a system on our website that will show you the currency depending on the country you are in. You can shop for Great Britain Pound, United States Dollar, Canada Dollar, Australian Dollar and Euro on our site without paying for additional costs. For example; If you visit our website from Canada, the product prices will be displayed in Canadian Dollars. If you visit our website from Germany, the prices of the products will be displayed in Euros and you can shop at this exchange rate without any additional costs.

If you wish to pay in currencies other than the Great Britain Pound, United States Dollar, Canada Dollar, Australian Dollar and Euro, prices will be charged in Great Britain Pounds and depending on your payment method, you might be asked to pay additional currency converter fees, albeit in very low amounts.

What is the status of my order?

After completing the purchase process, your confirmation mail will be automatically sent to you. Then, your tracking number will also be sent after your order is shipped. After receiving the tracking number, you can track your order in the Track Your Order section on our website.

Can I change my order?

You can change or cancel your order by contacting us after receiving the confirmation email. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes after your order has been shipped. However, after receiving your order, you can return it within 30 days.

Can I cancel my order?

After receiving the order confirmation mail, you can contact us to cancel your order. If your order is still unshipped we will cancel your order. After your order is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded without any deduction. We cannot cancel the order If your order dispatched before you contact us. However, you can return your order within 30 days after receiving it. Please see our return policy page.

What happens if my order is lost in shipment?

In order to prevent the loss of your order in the cargo, we send all orders with the tracking number and obligation to be delivered in return for signature. However, in case your cargo is lost by the cargo company, we will refund the full amount you paid. If the tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered to your address and you think you did not receive it, we do not accept responsibility.

How long does it take to ship my order?

The working days of our worldwide warehouses are Monday to Saturday. On the following day after your payment is taken, your order is processed and usually shipped within 24-48 hours.

How long is the delivery time?

If your order is in stock in our warehouse in your country, it will usually be delivered to your address within 2-5 days after shipping. If your order is sent to your address from our warehouse in a different country other than your country of residence, it will usually be delivered to your address within 7-15 working days after being shipped.

Do you offer fast shipping?

No, we send all shipments with the tracking number to be delivered in return for signature. In addition, we choose the fastest and most affordable shipping service according to the country you are in order to provide free shipping service to all our customers.

Where do you ship from?

In case your order is in stock in your country, it is sent to your address from our warehouse in that country. If your order is not in stock in our warehouse in your country, we choose the fastest and safest shipping method for you, depending on the country you are in, and send it to your address from a different warehouse outside your country.

Why was my order cancelled and the amount refunded?

For the security of our customers, we use the most advanced security systems on our website. If our system detects that payment has been made with a fake or stolen card, your order will be automatically cancelled and the amount you paid will be refunded.

Can you return the amount I pay to a different card?

No, we can only refund to the card or the PayPal account you paid from.

What happens if my return is lost in shipment?

We are not responsible if the package you return is lost in the cargo before it reaches us. Therefore, we recommend that you send your return with the tracking number and keep your tracking number until your return reaches us and we refund the total amount.

When do you reply to return request?

We provide 24/7 customer service support. If you reach us through any of our communication channels, we usually reply within 2-3 hours or within 24 hours at the latest.

How can I request a return?

In order to complete the return process, you can request a refund via any communication channel on the page where our contact information is available. Please indicate the country you want to return from, along with your order number or e-mail address when requesting a refund.

Do you charge restock fee?

No, after you return your order to us, we will refund the full amount if it is not used and damaged.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days without any reason, if it has not been used or damaged. Please check our return policy.

Are returns free?

Unfortunately, we do not cover the return costs. However, if you request, we can provide you with a discount code for your next purchase at the cost of the return.
